We are dedicated to providing fresh local produce on our menu, with our head chef supplying Wight Aberdeen Angus beef, grazed on National Trust downland, as well as free range rare breed pigs and lamb. Island cheese, bread made from IW flour, locally caught fish and Island beer will also feature.
